1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused.

In its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Final Sale)
For health and hygiene reasons, and to ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

Earrings: Pierced jewelry cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken or if the packaging has been opened.

Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a discount code of 50% or more.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items (The "Hassle-Free" Guarantee)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong color/style, you do not need to return it.

A clear photo of the damaged item.
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. We believe in making things right without making you go to the post office.
4. "Change of Mind" Returns
If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size (e.g., ring size), we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee, but original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer on the package label.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
