1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with your tracking number.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Since we ship directly from our partners' distribution centers to save you money, shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Please note: These are estimates. While most orders arrive within or before these timeframes, factors such as customs clearances or postal service delays are out of our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

  • Note: It may take 2–5 days for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

4. Why did I receive only part of my order? (Split Shipments)

If you ordered multiple items (e.g., a handbag and a pair of earrings), they may be shipped in separate packages.

  • Why? To speed up delivery, we ship items as soon as they are ready rather than waiting to bundle them. We also source from different specialized manufacturers.

  • Do not worry: If you only receive one item, the rest of your order is on its way! You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

[RIPPER] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tip for customers: Most low-value accessory orders do not incur customs duties in major regions like the USA or Australia, but regulations vary by country.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

[RIPPER] is not liable for packages stated as "delivered" by the courier but are missing.

  • If your tracking says delivered but you don't have it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If the package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in locating it or issuing a replacement.
